Registration is confirmed only after full and successful payment through our authorised payment gateway. Pending or partial payments will not be considered valid.
Participants will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment. All future updates, including schedule changes, will be communicated to the registered email ID.
In case an online payment attempt fails, participants are advised to retry or contact their bank/issuer to ensure online transactions are enabled before trying again.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which follows industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
Global Healthcare Academy reserves the right to modify workshop schedules, faculty, or course content if required. Any necessary changes will be communicated to registered participants.
Any form of misconduct or disruption during the event may result in removal without refund.
