  • All registration fees paid for workshops, courses, or events are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and cannot be processed over phone or WhatsApp.
  • Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, technical issues, or incomplete participation by the registrant.
  • If an event is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be notified and informed of the next available batch or alternative arrangements.
  • Transfer of registration to another individual is allowed only upon written request and approval by Global Healthcare Academy.
