Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for registering with us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payment through our website.

01 - Registration Cancellation

• Registration cancellations must be requested through email to the official conference/organization support email ID.
• Cancellation requests will only be considered if submitted before the applicable deadline mentioned on the website.
• In case of cancellation 10 days before the start of the course, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Registration fees are not refundable after the cut-off date.
• All cancellations must be notified in written form (by email) to info@globalhealthcareacademy.in and cannot be done online or over the phone.

02 - Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellation requests approved by the organizing committee/management.
• Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, and processing charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be processed for no-shows or unattended events/workshops.

03 - Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account shared by the participant.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.

04 - Transfer of Registration

• Registration transfer to another participant may be allowed only with prior written approval from the organizers.
• Additional administrative charges may apply.

05 - Event/Postponement Cancellation

• In case the event/program is postponed, registrations may be transferred to the revised date.
• If the event is cancelled by the organizers, eligible participants will receive refund details through official communication.

06 - Incorrect Payments

• Duplicate or excess payments made by mistake should be reported immediately with transaction proof.
• After verification, the excess amount will be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
